INTRODUCTION
 
In considering the predicament of global elites in a previous Weekly Review,  I referred to the term ‘Zugzwang’ used in the game of chess – this is a situation in a game, where whatever move the player makes, s/he will be at a disadvantage - yet the player is compelled to move. 
 
Whilst this state of ‘Zugzwang’ which confronts global elites today - cannot be avoided, there is always objectively speaking a ‘best move,’ a player can make.  What is this ‘best move,’ a global player can make at this point in time?
 
Some form of ‘strategic move’ is always sensible, when an immediate advantage or gain is impossible and so therefore, it seems that the best possible move global elites can make are ‘strategic ones’ – in their attempt to deal with the oncoming ‘wave’/’change’ in Human Consciousness.
 
Unfortunately in the West, due to the nature of western politics, despite its much vaunted, highly over rated and down right misleading so called ‘democratic politics,’ political leaders in those countries cannot inspire and ‘fire the minds,’ of their peoples – with ‘strategic thinking and vision’ – with its accompanying and necessary ‘patience’ and often ‘sacrifice.’   To hide their inadequacies, these managerial politicians, have adopted a new garb, a new term, a new mantra.  ‘The Technocrat.’
